The Mickfield

The Mickfield is the outer gilet, designed to be worn as an outer layer in place of a jacket. It features deeper arm holes that allow it to be layered over chunkier under-layers, and a stand collar for weather protection. This gilet wears really well in place of a jacket on mild days in both winter and spring. Layer over shirting or a t-shirt in the warmer months, or over knitwear or sweatshirts in autumn and winter.

The Thornham

The Thornham is the layering gilet. It is designed to be worn as either an outer gilet or as a mid-layer gilet. Its collarless neckline and neutral straight fit enable it to sit seamlessly under coats or jackets, however, as it is not completely form-fitting it also works as a top layer. It is the most versatile of our classic gilets, and can be worn year-round with different layers.

The Dublin

The Dublin is the inner gilet. It's very close in design to the first gilets made by Lavenham for horse-riding, and as such is form-fitting. For today’s wearer, this makes it ideal as a liner gilet under heavy coats in winter or lighter macs in the spring, offering an additional layer of warmth and secure, inside pockets.
