For pre-Christmas delivery order by the below dates:
UK: Friday 19th December
USA, Canada & EU: Monday 15th December
ROW: Friday 12th December
Please note some items are made to order so we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
Orders placed after these dates may reach you in time, however to avoid disappointment we recommend ordering as early as possible. We are closed from Tuesday 23rd December so no orders will be dispatched after that until Monday 29th December.
Orders placed from 1st November - 16th December qualify for our extended returns policy. So long as the item is unworn, it can be returned for a refund or an exchange up until 30th January 2025.
We dispatch all our ecommerce orders directly from the Lavenham Factory in Suffolk, England. From Thursday 19th December - Wednesday 1st January our factory is closed, and our dispatch and customer service team are operating at a reduced capacity, so it may take a little longer to receive your order. If you have any questions at all, please email us or drop us a message on social and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
UK DELIVERIES
All UK orders will be shipped with a UPS Next Day Delivery service.

UPS Next Day Delivery free on orders over £250
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on Fridays will not be processed until Monday, as we operate a 4 day working week at the Lavenham factory.
In the interest of our factory team's wellbeing as well as conserving energy, the Lavenham factory have moved to a four day working week. This means that orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday will not be dispatched until Monday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The exact shipping methods available for your country will be presented at checkout. Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Pre-paid returns are subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively you can send the order back to us using the shipper of your choice at your expense.
Please note that duties, taxes and shipping cost are non-refundable.
